Prime location, guaranteed visibility
The exhibition area is right at the entrance to the venue. Every attendee, speaker and guest passes your stand on the way into the main Forum hall, and again during every break.
For the first time, the Circular Economy Forum will host a showcase of exhibition stands for companies whose products and services help organizations move from linear to circular.
Only 8 stands are available. The Forum is limited to 100 attendees, so every visitor is a decision-maker, practitioner or policy maker who came specifically for circularity. There is no crowd to fight through and no noise to compete with.
Meet the people who can champion, purchase, fund and implement circular solutions—within a focused, purpose-built event.

Attendees include sustainability and Circular Economy leads, procurement and finance managers, designers, quality and environment professionals, and government representatives. Many are actively looking for solutions to implement.
Past audiences have included Dubai Chamber, Tawazun Council, the German Consulate General in Dubai, Saudi Quality Council and the Global Green Growth Institute. In 2026, H.E. Eng. Alya Al Harmoodi of MOCCAE attended as Chief Guest.
The 2026 keynote was delivered by Janez Potočnik, Co-Chair of the UNEP International Resource Panel and former European Commissioner. Other speakers came from UNEP Finance Initiative, Kearney, Ocean Recovery Alliance and DiPPa. In 2027, Jocelyn Blériot of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation will deliver the keynote.
This is a forum, not a conference. The format is built around dialogue, with long networking breaks for coffee and lunch where attendees can visit your stand.
Post-event feedback from the 2026 Forum shows strong satisfaction, inspiration and networking outcomes.
Post-event survey results demonstrate the value attendees found in the Forum.
The stands will be set up in the foyer of Millennium Lakeview Hotel, right outside the ballroom where the Forum sessions take place.
Attendees pass through this area on arrival, during coffee breaks and at lunch—giving exhibitors repeated opportunities to introduce their solutions and have meaningful conversations.
